ABOUT THIS EVENT Rise & Hydrate move, breathe, hydrate. Join Hydroguard and A21 Productions for a Saturday morning on the grass at South Maroubra that moves your body and settles your mind. We start with a functional class, a full-body workout to wake you up and get you moving. Go at your own pace. All levels are welcome. Then we come back down to earth. The yoga class is all about grounding, connecting with the element of earth to slow the breath, steady the body and bring you back to yourself. To finish, stay for breakfast, good company and ocean views until 11am. This morning also marks the launch of Aura by Hydroguard, our new clay water bottle, made from the earth and handcrafted from terracotta. Every ticket includes your own Aura bottle to take home. ABOUT AURA Aura is handcrafted from genuine Brazilian terracotta. It brings back one of the oldest ways of drinking water, made for modern life. Why clay? Naturally cool water.
