EVENT BREAKDOWN: Group PT Session – 50 min A strength-focused session designed to challenge you, refine the way you train and show you what you’re actually capable of. Acai Bar Refuel Station Refuel with us at Melonhead with delicious acai before we walk together to the beachfront for the second half of the experience. Mindset Workshop – 50 min Reflect on the year that was, reconnect with where you’re going and get clear on the woman you’re choosing to become in 2027. You’ll leave with your own Awakening Her Journal to keep the work going. Cold Plunge Therapy We’ve awakened the mind, now we awaken the body. Step out of your comfort zone with a beachfront cold plunge experience. Optional Ocean Dip For anyone wanting to finish off the morning with us, we’ll head straight from the plunge into the ocean for one final dip together. She's stood on stage. She knows what the process actually costs - and what it quietly gives you. She coaches from that place, which means she doesn't just see your potential. She sees exactly what's standing between you and it. Rebekah Lightbody (@rebekahlightbody) is a fitness and mindset coach who trains women's bodies and rewires women's minds. She'll tell you the two are more connected than most coaches want to admit. She builds women's bodies and the belief systems behind them. She uses NLP-based frameworks to help women notice what's quietly running underneath all the effort, and shift it. The physical results follow. They always do.
