Join us for BURN & BREKKY, a more intimate take on our original launch event, Burn & Brunch, bringing together movement, mindfulness, good food and even better company for a dreamy Sunday morning overlooking Dee Why beach. We'll kick things off with a Pilates session to get the body moving, followed by some guided journaling to slow things down, clear the mental clutter and give yourself a little space to check in. Then it's time to settle in, enjoy coffee & breakfast catered by our favourites at Corretto, and soak up the gorgeous ocean views. As always with Soma Social, it's about more than just the class. It's an opportunity to step out of your usual routine, meet some lovely humans and enjoy a morning that feels good for both body and mind, without the pressure, the ego or perfectionism.
