Drop Off: Tuesday, 29 September, 10:00 AM, Berowra Oval, Berowra Waters Rd, Berowra, NSW, 2081 Pick Up: Wednesday, 30 September, 3:00 PM, Storey Park Community Centre, Old Berowra Rd, Hornsby, 2077 Your Adventure Our expedition will journey through Berowra Valley National Park, following the Great North Walk. You will be accompanied by two qualified instructors who will guide you through the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Adventurous Journey requirements. The following equipment is provided and included in the cost: Backpack, rain jacket and pants, sleeping mat, tent, cooking stove and fuel. This expedition can be used as either the Practice OR Qualifying Journey. Catering Participants are required to self-cater. Please be aware that we are a nut-free organisation. Pre-expedition Preparation Participants are required to complete online pre-expedition planning and preparation modules before the start date of the journey. Refunds The Humanitix booking fee of 2.5% + $0.50 ex. GST (included in the advertised price) will be withheld from all refunds. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the expedition unless a doctor's certificate is provided.
