Community Conversations is a FREE 1.5-hour education session around advance care and end-of-life planning led by Palliative Care NSW and Catholic Healthcare. Topics covered: • How to start your advance care plan, ensuring your health decisions reflect what matters most to you • Start the conversation with loved ones about your values & preferences • How to navigate end-of-life matters • Understand what palliative care is and how to access it • Local support services available with a a health professional from your area. Event Details Date: Tuesday 27th of October 2026 Time: 10:00am - 11:30am Where: Catholic Healthcare Vincentian Aged Care Service. 41-43 Stanley St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 Who: Everyone of all ages is welcome! Active retirees, if you have ageing parents and you need to start thinking about the supports available for them, if you have a serious illness or are currently caring for someone with a serious illness or if you just want to be better informed to manage this stage of your life.
