Sound Bath Meditation

A moment to pause before the year comes to a close As the year begins to wind down, this is your invitation to step away from the busyness and create space for yourself. Join Nicole and Anastasia on Sunday 29 November 2026 at Yogaruka, Russell Lea for our final Sound Bath Meditation of the year. This 90-minute experience is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of calm before the busy end-of-year season arrives. We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation, allowing you time to settle and arrive, before moving into a deeply restorative sound bath with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes. No experience is needed. You don’t need to know how to meditate or have attended a sound bath before. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself the space to rest. A chance to reflect on the year that has been, let go of what you no longer need, and move into the final weeks of 2026 feeling more grounded and supported. 🗓 Sunday 29 November 2026 🕓 4:00pm – 5:30pm 📍 Yogaruka, Russell Lea Our final Sound Bath Meditation in Russell Lea for 2026. Take 90 minutes for yourself before the year draws to a close.
