Conscious Connected Breathwork

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, achieve more, and keep pushing, this intimate breathwork experience is an invitation to pause. To exhale. To reconnect with yourself beneath the noise, pressure, and busyness of everyday life. Join me for an evening of guided breathwork, reflection, nervous system regulation, and meditation. This small, intimate group is limited, allowing space to feel seen, supported, and grounded. Come exactly as you are, no pressure, no expectations and no previous experienced required. This breathwork session will start with some journaling before we lay down on the mat and begin with a grounding mediation. We will then move into a guided activiated breathwork before slowing down the breath and finishing with a transformational meditation and integration. What to bring: • Water • Journal + pen • Pillow • Warm, comfortable clothes Please note: This session is not suitable for those with epilepsy, cardiac disease, or anyone currently undergoing active cancer treatment.
