Meet Dany Dany Fitzgerald is a qualified Holistic Counsellor, Reflective Supervisor and Reiki Master who has spent nearly three decades in education, most recently as a school principal. Her work has always centred on one belief: that people thrive when they feel safe, seen and deeply cared for. Dany is the author of Glow: A Soulful Guide to Coming Home to Who You Really Are, a heartfelt memoir about midlife, self-discovery, self-love and returning to your own light. She leads meditation and Reiki healing with warmth, gentle humour and a grounded presence, creating space for people to slow down, soften and reconnect with themselves. Meet Sol Hamon Yasco of Sol Hamon is a sound facilitator and musician based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Born in Japan, she carries a deep connection to the energy, beauty and spirit of her homeland, a connection that has continued to unfold after 20 years away from home. Through intuitive composition, ethereal vocals, singing bowls, handpan and other healing instruments, she creates immersive, heart-centred soundscapes inspired by sound, movement and deep listening. Although her voice has been with her all her life, it was only a few years ago that she truly discovered its deeper purpose. Having appeared on FM Eastside, Yasco now creates intuitively, inviting listeners to slow down, reconnect and journey inward.
