Free breathwork on Bondi Beach by Mindshift Breathwork

We're back! After a winter break, Mindshift's weekly breathwork sessions on Bondi Beach resume. Breathwork is a great tool to unwind, pause and reflect. Don't worry if you have never done breathwork: it's beginner friendly. All you need is a beach towel. THE 45 MIN SESSION: We start with a short intro on what to expect, followed by a grounding bodyscan and our breathwork flow which consists of various breathwork techniques. Since this is a free session, please cancel if you can't attend so someone else can take your spot. We meet at Ramp 1 on the South end of Bondi Beach. Please arrive a few mins early to settle in. BYO towel. You also might want to bring an eyemask or something to cover your eyes from the sun. Optional to join the group for some coffees and chats afterwards. Health note: Breathwork can be stimulating for both mind and body. If you have any health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before attending. Not suitable if you are pregnant. This event will be photographed for social media use. If you do not want to be included, let me know.
