Group Sound Bath: Sunday Reset Series • Balmain

Hosted upstairs at Beattie Street Health Studio in Balmain, Sonora Wellness invites you to slow down and reset as we move into the warmer season. You’ll be guided through calming soundscapes created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, gentle percussion and voice. No experience needed - beginners very welcome. Our sessions are intentionally small to create a warm, intimate atmosphere. Max 12 people. All equipment provided - just bring yourself and a water bottle. Bring a Friend and get $10 off each ticket. Address: Upstairs at Beattie Street Health Studio - 143 Beattie Street, Balmain Entrance: Enter through the white side door, to the left of the main entrance and head upstairs What to wear/bring: Warm, comfortable clothing What will be provided: Yoga mat, blankets, bolster, eye pillow. Feel free to bring any additional comfort items. Parking: Street parking is available around the studio Please arrive 10 minutes before the event to allow time to settle in. Allocate some extra time for parking. Doors will close at the 4pm start to maintain a calm, undisturbed space. Late arrivals will not be admitted, out of respect for the group.
