You arrive full of everyone else. You leave a little more your own. Women have become highly practiced at doing, driving, solving and carrying. Those strengths are real. But they were never meant to be our only source of power, and they cannot run on empty forever. InFlow is the heart of the OLOVO Lifeforce Community, a gathering that returns each month. Every one is curated differently, weaving together the practices, people and experiences that help a woman come home to her body, her energy, her voice and her own knowing. This first gathering brings together Mana Movement, voice activation and transformational breathwork. Not three separate workshops. One continuous journey, each practice opening the next and carrying you closer to what feels true, alive and available within you. MOVE We begin in the body. Mana Movement uses rhythm and embodied awareness to move you out of the head and into sensation and presence, restoring the balance between your masculine and feminine energy. EXPRESS From the body, into voice. Breath, posture, resonance and pacing help you access a more authentic voice, with real support underneath it. Less pushing. Less performing. More presence. BREATHE A transformational breathwork session takes the experience beneath words, creating space for regulation, release and clarity, and a deeper shift that uplevels the inner game. CONNECT We finish around the table. Brunch, conversation and community become part of the integration.
