Sound Healing & Cacao Ceremony Lindfield

Take some time out to reconnect with your beautiful heart. Sound vibrates every molecule of our being and sound healing with Jo incorporates an array of 13 different instruments from all over the world – feeding energy into the body and harmonising it though the vibrations of sound synergy. Combined with Ceremonial Grade Cacao - a plant medicine that brings us back to our heart space with a softening and a focus. It works through all the senses, and energies leaving you feeling restored and connected. From this space we can tune back into ourselves, listen and begin to heal. Combined with the uplifting effects of a myriad of sound healing instruments attuned to the chakras for an experience that moves you closer to your divine essence. Led by practitioner Jo Bloom this is a sacred time to treasure. "Working with Jo was an absolute pleasure. She is an exceptional facilitator and brings a wealth of experience to her sessions, creating an atmosphere of trust and relaxation. Simple in approach with powerful results. For anyone seeking a richer connection to their body and senses, I would recommend Jo’s work whole heartedly." - Tristan McKinnon "Josephine's guided lesson taps into and awakens parts of you that are often ignored. A very spiritual and healing experience. Would recommend to anyone needing to tap into that deeper place". - Mark Tyrie
