There is a quiet place within each of us that is often hidden beneath the waves of everyday life. As the waters settle, what has always been present gently reveals itself. Through the soothing sounds of the instruments, you'll be invited to rest, reflect, and reconnect with the calm that already exists within you. Location: City Cave, Rouse Hill NSW 2155 This event is not for 2 hours & 30 mins. There are 2 sesions available. Each session is for an hour. Session 1 4:00 - 5:00pm Session 2 5:30 - 6:30pm Join me for a calming sound bath designed to create space to slow down, rest and reconnect with yourself. As you relax into the soothing sounds and vibrations of the instruments, you'll be invited to let go of the busyness of the day and simply be. This gentle session offers a space to quieten the mind, soften the body, and reconnect with the calm that is already within you. No prior experience needed. All are welcome. Led by experienced healing practitioner Shaleen, this event offers a unique opportunity to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit in a serene setting. This session may be especially suited to anyone who: ✭ feels overwhelmed or mentally busy and needs time to slow down ✭ wants to create more space for rest and relaxation ✭ is looking to reconnect with themselves and their inner calm ✭ finds it difficult to switch off or meditate on their own ✭ simply needs an hour to pause, breathe and be We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help you settle into a relaxed state, followed by the sound bath. At the end, you’ll be gently guided back and given a few moments to ground yourself before leaving. Please arrive 5 minutes early to get comfortable and settled. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the session has started.
