Expect good energy, music, movement, boxing fundamentals, partner work, footwork, combinations, plenty of laughs and a room full of women backing women. But this experience is about so much more than putting on a pair of gloves. It’s about taking some time out from everything we carry as women and having a space where you can simply be. No egos No judgement No comparison Come exactly as you are. We’ll start by slowing things down, grounding and arriving in the space before building the energy together. Throughout the experience we’ll explore connection, grounding and boundaries through movement.
