The Neuroscience of Mental Health + The Microbial Mind DOUBLE MASTERCLASS

The Neuroscience of Mental Health and Nervous System Regulation A masterclass where I guide you through the neuroscience of the physical, emotional and psychological patterns of anxiety, depression and nervous system overwhelm. I answer the question of WHY these conditions develop in the body, how they might manifest as physical symptoms and provide simple tips to help repattern the nervous system so change can occur. Bringing you science-backed techniques, herbal medicine and philosophical musings, we dive into how mental health extends so much further than just the mind. Join me for some tea (my own nervous system blends) and a chat about mental health and all its facets. *My handmade herbal products will be available to buy at the end of the talk. + PLUS The Microbial Mind: How The Gut Shapes Mental Health & Brain Aging A masterclass exploring the neuroscience of the gut-brain axis and its deeper role in the body beyond digestion and gut health. We’ll explore how the gut, microbiome and nervous system communicate with the brain, and how this complex relationship can influence mental health, cognition, immunity and brain aging. I’ll unpack the science behind the gut-brain connection, while sharing practical ways to support a resilient microbiome, regulate the nervous system and make proactive choices for long-term brain health. Bringing together science-backed techniques, herbal medicine and philosophical musings, we’ll explore how the gut extends so much further than digestion, and how understanding the body as an interconnected system can change the way we think about health. *My handmade herbal products will be available to buy at the end of the talk. About me: I'm Lauren Fitzpatrick, a Neuroscientist (MSc. + BSc.) and Wild Herbalist who specialises in mind-body interface healing. I apply my academic knowledge of the human body and mind to reveal imbalances in the system, while using herbal medicine, biosyncing and ancient/indigenous practices from around the world to rewire your health and return it to its natural rhythms. I acknowledge the Garigal people, the traditional owners of the land on which I practice. I extend my respects to their elders, past and present.
