The Sunday Ritual | November Sound Bath

Exhale before the end of year rush. Put your phone on silent, step away from the endless to-do list, and give yourself permission to simply be for a few hours. We welcome you to Soothe Studio's Sunday Ritual, a restorative afternoon sound bath designed to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself before the busy festive season begins. Settle in with a cosy blanket and make yourself comfortable as we guide you through a short meditation before immersing you in a nourishing sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gentle percussion and soothing soundscapes. The experience is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet a busy mind and create space for deep rest. Perfect for people who struggle to meditate, live life at full speed, or simply need a moment to pause and recharge. Because sometimes the most productive thing you can do is rest. Bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket, or purchase a VIP Comfort Kit which includes a mat, pillow, blanket and eye mask for maximum comfort. And stay tuned for upcoming announcements about future events.
