🌸 A Gentler Holiday Season ✨ A Women's Circle for Going Easy on Yourself 🌿 Hosted by Within4Women | Wellbeing from within The holiday season is often portrayed as a time of joy, celebration and togetherness. But for many of us, this time of the year can also bring pressure, financial stress, loneliness, or the longing for family and friends who are far away. We might be missing someone we love, navigating changes in our lives, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the expectations that come with the season. 🤍 ✨ What if this holiday season, we gave ourselves permission to take things a little more gently? Join us for a welcoming women's circle where we'll create space to pause, breathe and reconnect with ourselves and other women. 🌿 We'll begin with introductions, a gentle five-minute mindfulness meditation, followed by simple stretching accompanied by relaxing music, before coming together for meaningful conversations and reflection. 💗 Come as you are. There is no pressure to share, no expectation to feel a certain way, and no need to pretend everything is okay. You're welcome to share your thoughts and experiences or simply listen and enjoy being part of the group. 🌷 Inspired by our four pillars — Nourish, Connect, Rest and Move — this gathering is an invitation to reflect on what you need during this season and explore how you can approach the holidays with a little more kindness towards yourself. Together, we'll make space for our feelings, let go of unnecessary expectations, and consider small, meaningful ways to care for ourselves, whatever this time of year looks like for us. 🤍 You don't have to do it all. You don't have to make everything perfect. And you don't have to navigate it all alone. Come as you are, take a breath, and give yourself permission to experience a gentler holiday season. Connect with other women in a welcoming, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, share if you wish, or simply enjoy being part of the circle. 🌸 We look forward to welcoming you! 📍 Event Details 📅 Date: Sunday, 29 November 2026 ⏳ Duration: 10am until 11:15am 📍 Location: 75 Bay Road, Waverton NSW 2060 (Waverton Uniting Church Hall) The Hall is across from the Waverton Train Station 🧘‍♀️ We'll sit together in a circle on cushions, with chairs available if you prefer. Feel free to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable. 🤍 🌸 Women of all ages, backgrounds and life stages are warmly welcome. 🤍 A Little Note Within 4 Women circles are facilitated wellbeing and community gatherings, not therapy or counselling sessions.
