"Can't wait for the next one!", is the feedback we received after our first event. So here we are primed and ready for the next one. The intention for the event is simple, fun & profound.-community, unity, connection movement, dance, sound. healing. We start our journey together with 30min of Yoga to calm the nervous system, centre our minds , release stress, stretch, and ,warm up our bodies in preperation to move/ dance. Then the music takes over for an hour of ecstatic dance.. We finish by coming into a comfortable lying position for 20 min of sound healing.. Ecstatic dance/ movement is free form, meaning there are no steps to learn and no choreograph.. It is a safe supportive space for us to be still or moved freely by the music. The yoga is for complete beginners & gives everyone an easy way into the night, and there’s no pressure to dance in any particular way. Come on your own or bring a friend.
