About this event
Host leads breathing techniques and inner child meditation to calm the nervous system. Visitors practice relaxation methods while bringing optional mats or using provided supplies. The session focuses on love, light, and releasing trauma in a positive setting.

Are you feeling stressed? Feeling overwhelmed and on edge? Cant turn off, and having trouble sleeping? Quick to anger? Take some time to breathe… and calm the nervous system.. I will take you through several breathing techniques to take you out of fight or flight, and back to rest and digest.. also giving you tools that you can use in everyday life… I will also take you through a beautiful inner child meditation.. where you will get to love yourself and release old trauma and tension.. so much of people’s trauma stems from the inner child.. My sessions are all about love, light and positivity.. Bring along your own yoga mat if you like, blanket and pillow.. I do have all of the above if you don’t have any.. Just wear comfy clothes and have an open mind.. it’s best to have no expectations🙏
