RESET Leader Workshop Learn to guide others with the RESET Foundation Strategies. Become a leader of valuable body-breath-mind wellbeing life-skills and practical tools for adults, parents, teachers, clinicians and youth seeking calm, clarity and confidence in daily life. During this leadership workshop you will experience and explore how to guide the RESET body-breath-mind strategies and sequences to all ages.
