About this event

Join Mulloon Institute, Shoalhaven Landcare and Brogers Creek Landcare for a hands-on day exploring practical ways to build healthier, more resilient landscapes. We'll start with a visit to Beauridge Farm, where you'll see a newly established landscape rehydration project in action and hear about what's worked, what hasn't, and the lessons learned along the way.

From there, we'll head to Rising Still Farm, hosted by Andrew, Liz and Ruben FitzSimons, to roll up our sleeves and help build a new small-scale landscape rehydration project. Along the way, Mulloon Institute landscape planners will share practical tips for designing and constructing natural infrastructure that works with the landscape. As we head into a drier period, this is a great opportunity to learn simple, nature-based approaches that can help improve landscape hydration, support productive landscapes and build resilience for the seasons ahead. Come along, get your boots dirty, and be part of creating something positive on the ground. Mulloon Institute is a leading research and education organisation helping to build resilient regional communities by supporting the long-term, sustainable growth of Australian agriculture.
