Gather & Ground: A Women's Gathering

An opportunity to step away from the busyness of life, pause, ground and connect. November theme: Joy A an opportunity to step away from the busyness of life, take a breath, ground and reconnect with yourself. Gather & Ground is an invitation to come together with other women, pause, feel supported and heard, just as you are. Each month, we’ll explore a different theme, with space for reflection, sharing and grounding. Our November theme is Joy. You’re welcome to share or simply listen. There’s nothing you need to prepare or be—just come as you are and give yourself this time. Host: Michelle Garbut Michelle has a gift of creating a safe welcoming space where you feel heard, connected and guided. She has worked as a holder of space in various ways over the last 6 years, being circles, retreats, 1:1 sessions, meditation or workshops.
