Wildlife Watch - BioBlitz@Croom 2026

Join local ecologists, wildlife enthusiasts and Council’s Environment team as we record the wildlife we see into citizen science apps. From Eastern Dwarf Tree Frogs to Blue Banded Bees and Jacky Dragons, the woodlands of Croom Reserve are home to a surprising diversity of wildlife. Join wildlife enthusiasts such as Carl Glaister from Carl’s Rainforest Experiences, local ecologists and Shellharbour City Council’s Environment team as we watch for wildlife and record what we see into citizen science apps. This event is designed for adults and families with children 8yrs+. Please book 1 ticket for EACH person attending this session. This event is part of the BioBlitz@Croom 2026, where we are trying to record as many plants, animals and fungi as we can on November 6 and 7. Bring your keen eye as we aim to identify as many creatures as we can and upload records into the citizen science apps iNatuarlist and FrogID.
