Navigating modern dating, relationship hurdles, sexuality or communication blocks doesn't always require a long-term, intensive 1-on-1 coaching commitment. Sometimes you simply face an acute issue or have a burning question that needs an honest, experienced and embodied perspective. The Relational First Aid Circle is a recurring drop-in group coaching and Q&A format by TRIBALYS: an accessible space for direct clarity, practical strategies and shared wisdom, on your terms and at your own pace. What we focus on • Relationship first aid: clarity when you feel stuck in conflict, emotional distance or recurring arguments. • Communication: expressing needs, setting clear boundaries and handling uncomfortable conversations with presence. • Intimacy: addressing intimacy blocks, differences in desire and conscious touch and connection. • Relational models and dynamics: monogamous and non-monogamous dynamics, dating fatigue and masculine and feminine polarity. This format is for you if • You have specific questions about your dating life, relationship or intimacy patterns and want an accessible drop-in space without a 1-on-1 commitment. • You value flexible, low-threshold support whenever a situation comes up. • You learn well through group wisdom: other people's real questions often spark insights into your own dynamics. • You are curious about how we work with presence, polarity and conscious relating at TRIBALYS. How it works A 60-minute interactive live circle, held at our holistic centre TRIBALYS in Ghent and streamed at the same time. Join in person for the full embodied atmosphere or drop in online from home. Online ticket holders receive the link before the start.
