Chakradance™ Goddess: A 7-Week Initiation into the Sacred Feminine

Seven weeks. Seven goddesses. Seven different invitations to come back to yourself. A part of you already knows. She knows when to let go. She knows what she wants. She knows when a boundary has been crossed. She knows how to love, create, speak her truth and trust her own inner wisdom. Sometimes life gets busy and overwhelming. It’s easy to lose touch with our bodies, our intuition, and the parts of ourselves we’ve set aside. This seven-week Goddess journey invites you to reconnect with those parts of yourself through movement, music, embodiment, and the energy of seven powerful feminine archetypes. Each Thursday evening, we’ll explore the energies of Kali, Aphrodite, Sekhmet, Kuan Yin, Saraswati, Tara, and Isis together. Each goddess brings a different energy and a different invitation. Some weeks might feel powerful and energizing, while others may be gentle, emotional, or deeply reflective. You don’t need any dance experience, and there’s no choreography to memorize. It’s about allowing yourself to move what you’ve been holding inside, reconnect with your feminine energy, and see what wants to come forward next. Throughout the seven weeks, you will be invited to explore: • Releasing what you have outgrown • Reconnecting with your sensual and creative energy • Creating stronger boundaries and trusting your yes and your no • Opening your heart and allowing yourself to receive • Finding your voice and expressing your truth • Reconnecting with your intuition and inner wisdom • Remembering your own strength, softness and power Each week, you’ll create a mandala inspired by your experience. You can take it home as a visual reminder of what you felt and discovered that evening. By the end of the seven weeks, you’ll have seven mandalas and a personal visual record of your journey. This series is for you if... You feel like something is shifting inside you. Maybe you’re going through a transition. Maybe you’ve been caring for everyone else and lost touch with yourself. Or maybe you just feel drawn to explore something deeper, reconnect with your body, or give yourself space to feel again.
