This unique experience blends: 🧘‍♀️ Gentle all-levels yoga 🔔 Immersive sound bath 🌀 Guided hypnotherapy You’ll be guided through a calming yoga practice, followed by sound healing and hypnotherapy to help you soften tension, quiet mental noise, and journey deeply inward. Together, these practices support relaxation, nervous system regulation, inner balance, and a deeper connection with your body and subconscious mind. Held at the beautiful Ripples Winery, this experience will take place in the enchanting Secret Garden space—offering a peaceful setting to pause, breathe, reflect, and restore. 🍁✨ 🍷 The winery closes at 6:00 PM, so come a little early to enjoy a glass of wine!
