Chakradance™ with Goddess Kali: Release & Reclaim

There are things we carry long after they have stopped serving us. A part of you already knows. Come and dance with Goddess Kali We carry things long after they stop serving us. Old patterns. Old identities. Expectations. Relationships. Stories about who we think we are supposed to be. Kali is the energy of transformation. She reminds us that we sometimes have to release what is familiar before we can step into what is next. This evening invites you to move into that energy through music, movement, and embodiment. You will be guided into a deeper connection with your body and invited to explore what you are ready to release, what you are ready to reclaim and where you may be holding yourself back. This is not about forcing anything to happen. It is about creating space for your body to speak and letting Kali's energy move through you. You may leave feeling lighter, clearer or simply more connected to yourself. Kali invites you to ask: What am I ready to release? What part of myself am I ready to reclaim? Includes guided movement, music, energetic exploration and mandala creation. What to bring A yoga mat and a water bottle. Date: Thursday, 7:00–8:30 pm Location: Langley Investment: $55
