Strong, Not Perfect: The Reset

A two-hour reset for women who know something needs to change, and are ready to figure out what comes next. Strong, Not Perfect: The Reset You probably already know. You know what you want more of. You know what’s draining you. You know the thing you keep saying you’re going to do, and somewhere underneath all the overthinking, waiting and second-guessing, you probably know what needs to change. The Reset is two hours to actually sit with that. This is an intimate morning for just 10 women inside the k’pure space in Mission. We’ll talk about where you are right now, where you want to be, what might actually be keeping you stuck, and how to make the thing that feels big and scary a whole lot smaller. Through guided exercises, honest conversation and individual coaching in a group setting, you’ll leave with more than a page full of notes and good intentions. You’ll choose one meaningful action to take within 48 hours and make a commitment to yourself for the next 30 days. You do not need to own a business. You don’t need to be making some enormous life change. And you definitely don’t need to have anything figured out before you walk through the door. You just need to know you’re ready for something to shift. Your morning includes: • Two-hour small-group workshop with Karen Hoekstra • Guided Strong, Not Perfect workbook • Individual coaching and group conversation • A k’pure gift to take home • Your own 30-day commitment Saturday, October 24 8:00–10:00am k’pure | Mission, BC Limited to 10 women. $249 per person Come exactly as you are. We’ll figure out what comes next.
