THE RETURN: A 3 Hour Women's Immersion

A women’s space for coming back to the most fundamental relationship in your life: the one you have with yourself Join us for 3 hours of guided somatic practice to drop deeper into your body, partner exercises to transform your relationship with your inner critic, guided embodied movement, a meditative soundbath, and reflection & sharing exercises. You spend so much of your life showing up for everyone else. This is a space to show up for you. As mothers and women who uphold so many different roles and responsibilities, we're constantly showing up for everyone around us. ​ We're managing and keeping tabs on everything that needs to get done. We're tending to everyone's feelings and needs. We're going from one thing to the next. We're holding a lot. ​ And before you know it, several weeks have gone by and you haven't had space to connect with what's actually present, true, and meaningful within you. ​ Life can start to feel like you're going through the motions. ​ Like you're doing all the things, taking care of all the people, keeping everything moving... But somewhere inside of it all, you become the person you have the least space for. This is a space you get to experience more of yourself. ...Somewhere you can actually take up space. ...Somewhere you can be held instead of always being the one holding. ....Somewhere you can express the parts of you that exist beyond mom, wife, professional, caretaker, or whatever other roles you inhabit. Maybe you crave deeper conversations. More expression. More connection. More depth. More aliveness amongst the mundane. ​ A space to step outside of the doing to actually feel and connect with yourself again. ​ This can be an edge to commit to and claim (mom guilt is real). But here's the thing... ​ When you come back into relationship with yourself, everything you're in relationship with begins to change. ​ The way you mother. The way you communicate. The way you love. The way you meet conflict. The way you create.
