Cuddle Therapy Club: platonic body nourishing.

T.me/TorontoTantra ___ About this event • What is the cuddle club? It’s a cozy evening to experience how deeply nourishing it can feel to be held, without any romantic or sexual expectations. A space where people can come together to share love and touch. We cuddle platonically, the way you’d hold a child or a kitten. • What will we be doing? Facilitator will guide you through some gentle exercises to help you unwind after your day, soften into your body, and calm your nervous system. We aim to make you feel safe in your own body, which can help you connect with others. • Cuddle puddle perfection Everything is by invitation, but we will guide you into a beautifully structured cuddle puddle. It is a very comfortable, welcoming way of cuddling where you are held and touched by multiple people at the same time. Chances are you’ll float home afterwards, high on oxytocin. • Important terms & agreements: Keep it platonic: we cuddle without romantic or sexual expectations or escalations Take care of yourself and others: communicate and respect boundaries Be here fully: This is a sober space.
