Dream Constellations

Dream Constellations creates space to revisit a dream, stay with its imagery, and discover what may emerge. Join Our Family Constellations Workshop! Ready to revisit a dream that stays with you? This in-person workshop offers a relaxed space to re-enter your dream, spend time with its images and feelings, and discover new perspectives. Whether it’s a recurring dream, a nightmare, or an image you can’t quite make sense of, you’re welcome to bring your curiosity. No experience needed. Join us to see what your dream may bring into view. We will gather as a small group of people. Two of us will act as guides and facilitators. The others will have the opportunity to participate as a focus person, a volunteer representative, or an active witness. * The focus dreamer will be invited to briefly share their dream and then select members of the group to stand as representatives for the elements in the dream. * Representatives will be asked to notice what comes up for them in terms of sensations, images, feelings or movements. * Witnesses will be holding the space for the constellation dynamics to unfold. Everyone can benefit from all types of participation. There will be time to set up at least two constellations for two different people.
