Exhale - Conscious Connected Breathwork and Soundbath

A quiet evening to reconnect with your breath and rest in sound. Join Tamara for conscious connected breathwork and a restorative sound bath Join Tamara of Roots & Resonance for an evening of conscious connected breathwork followed by a restorative sound bath. The evening begins with a grounding welcome and an introduction to the breathwork practice. Tamara will guide the group through a continuous breathing rhythm, then lead a sound bath to support a period of rest and integration. No previous experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, and anything else you’d like for comfort while lying down. You’ll receive guidance throughout the session, with space afterward to return gently and reflect.
