This one is calling all moms. Moms Mental Health and Relaxation invites you to our Late Summer Hangout, a relaxed afternoon built just for you to unwind, connect, and bloom together. Come as you are and leave refreshed. This is your space to sit back, laugh with other moms who get it, and recharge in a way your everyday routine rarely allows. We'll have a guest speaker joining us to share words that will speak straight to the heart, and our MC will keep the energy warm and easy, helping everyone loosen up and settle into good conversation. Expect good food, music, playful games, selfcare activities, and the kind of meaningful conversations that remind you why sisterhood matters.
