RESONANCE WITHIN SOUND BATH JOURNEY

I AM • I SPEAK • I KNOW An Intentional Sound Bath Experience to come back to you! This isn’t just a sound bath. It’s an intentionally created journey through sound. Resonance Within is an immersive Balanced Souls experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space to listen inward. The intention for this journey is: I AM — coming back to yourself. I SPEAK — honouring what feels true. I KNOW — trusting the quiet wisdom within. We’ll begin with a guided grounding meditation, giving you time to settle into your body, your breath, and the space. From there, the sound will gradually build. Layer by layer. There will be moments of resonance. Moments of stillness. Moments where the sound becomes fuller and more expansive. And then, just as intentionally as we build the experience, you’ll be gently guided back down. Because for me, a sound bath isn’t only about where the sound takes you. It’s also about how you return. The journey will move through: Ground. Reflect. Open. Expand. Integrate. Return. You don’t need to understand sound, music, meditation, or energy work. You don’t need to know how to “do” a sound bath. You simply get to arrive… breathe… listen… and receive. What to expect Your experience will include: ✨ A guided opening meditation ✨ An intentional immersive sound journey ✨ Crystal singing bowls and layered sound ✨ Moments of silence and integration ✨ A gentle guided return ✨ Time to reconnect with yourself before leaving The intention This experience isn’t about forcing a breakthrough or trying to make something happen. It’s about creating space. Space to slow down. Space to feel. Space to notice. Space to reconnect with what already exists within you. The bowls are the instruments. The intention is in how they’re used. Who is this for? Resonance Within is open to beginners and experienced sound-bath guests alike. You may especially enjoy this experience if you’ve been feeling: Overstimulated. Disconnected. Emotionally full. In need of quiet. Ready for reflection. Or simply curious about intentional sound. No previous meditation, yoga, or sound healing experience is needed. Come exactly as you are. What to bring Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel supported while resting. I’d suggest: • Water • Yoga mat • Blanket • Pillow or bolster • Eye covering, if you enjoy using one • Warm socks • Not just sound you hear. A journey intentionally created to guide you back to what resonates within. Balanced Souls Soulutions for Authentic Living
