Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and reset with a heated reformer Pilates class, followed by a refreshing matcha and social hour where you can unwind, mingle, and connect with other amazing ladies. Your ticket includes: 🧘🏾♀️ Heated Reformer Pilates class 🧦 Grip socks to take home 🍵 Matcha, with coffee and tea also available 💬 Post-workout social hour A few things to know: ✨ Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get settled. ⏰ Class starts promptly at 2:00 PM.
