Slow Flow Social | Lululemon Southcentre x Fenyk Coffee

Slow down and reconnect this fall with lululemon Legacy Ambassador Lauren McBain—gentle yoga, delicious coffee and a little time for you. Fall has a way of filling our calendars before we’ve had a chance to catch our breath. This morning is an invitation to slow down. 🤍 Join lululemon Legacy Ambassador Lauren McBain for Slow Flow Social at Fenyk—a cozy Sunday morning to reconnect with yourself and find a little grounding in a busy season. Lauren will guide you through an hour of gentle slow flow yoga, giving you space to breathe, move with intention and tune into your body and mind. A chance to step away from your to-do list and leave feeling calmer, more connected and a little more like yourself. Your $25 ticket includes a $20 Fenyk gift card, provided at check-in before class. Come a little early to grab a coffee to sip before we begin, and dress in cozy layers as we ease into the morning together. After class, you’re invited to stay for coffee, something to eat and conversation. Come on your own or bring someone who could use a slower morning, too.
