Sink into Stillness

A Fall Sound Bath for Rest & Renewal Sink into Stillness A Fall Sound Bath for Rest & Renewal Slow down, soften, and welcome the quieter rhythm of fall with a deeply relaxing sound journey. I’ve been working with sound since 2015 and began hosting sound baths in the Mayan jungle of Mexico in 2022, while living there and now bringing back to my home town of Edmonton. I bring that connection to nature into each experience through pure quartz singing bowls, wooden jungle instruments, a drum, and gentle sounds intended to move energy and invite a sense of restoration throughout your being. Join us for an evening of soothing sound, cacao, and space to simply rest and receive. Our intention is for you to leave feeling centered, lighter and rejuvenated. Please bring water, wear comfy clothes and anything you need to feel cozy and comfortable. We provide mats, blankets and bolsters If you have a pacemaker or are pregnant we do not recommend sound healing due to the vibrations of the instruments putting you into a theta relaxed state that isn't recommended for either journey There is free parking behind the studio, as well as all along the street
