Winter Sauna Sessions: Ceremony II

Join us for a signature Sauna by Circa. Our Ceremony session is a ritual for the senses. Some things are better experienced. Ceremony is is an atmospheric exploration of heat, scent, sound, and stillness. Fragrant infusions meet carefully paced steam and intentional music, creating a ritual that invites you to be fully present. This isn't your typical sauna visit. Over 35 minutes, our Circa Guide will take you through a carefully curated heat ritual designed to bring you out of your head and into the moment. Expect a more sensory, contemplative experience, where every element has a purpose and each round unfolds with intention. What to expect • Arrive and check-in: Our hosts will be there to greet you and hand you a robe. You can head inside the Alfred Savage Centre to change.
