Full description from organizerShow less
Join Forged: Men's Circle to connect, share your truth, and build brotherhood. Forged: Men's Circle: A space for men to be vulnerable, held, and heard. We are meeting in person to do the work that matters. We’ll use breath, movement, and drumming to clear stuck energy, followed by powerful one-on-one partner exercises designed to help you speak your truth and share vulnerably. Why come? To be witnessed by other men. To speak your voice. To release stress and anxiety somatically. To feel the resonance of the drum waking up your spirit. Leave the armor at the home. Join the circle.
