Bengal Kitten Yoga in Hamilton/Grimsby

Wild-looking Bengal kittens, gentle yoga, and a cure for the Sunday scaries in Hamilton/Grimsby. Mats provided. Sunday afternoons in Hamilton/Grimsby just got a lot more interesting. Welcome to Bengal Kitten Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Hamilton/Grimsby, where the yoga is beginner-friendly, the kittens are genuinely stunning, and the Sunday scaries do not stand a chance. Bengal kittens look like tiny wild cats that wandered off a nature documentary. They are curious, confident, and very much in charge of the room. Expect climbing, headbutts, and at least one kitten who decides your mat is their mat now. Here's how the hour breaks down: • 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga • 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time • 5 minutes of sharing circle Why people keep coming back Kitten yoga has a way of making the room soften. A Bengal wanders over, bumps its head against your hand, and your nervous system just... exhales. People show up expecting a fun photo op and leave surprised by how genuinely reset they feel. That combination is hard to replicate anywhere else. A note on Bengal kittens Bengals are one of the most visually striking breeds around, with spotted coats that echo their wild ancestry. But their personality is just as notable. They are playful, social, and endlessly curious. They tend to explore every corner of a room, which means they will almost certainly find you mid-pose and decide you need their attention. They are affectionate on their own terms, which somehow makes it better when they choose you. Families and kids Kids ages 5 and up are welcome at this session. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the kittens with care. Mats provided. No experience needed. Just show up, breathe, and let a spotted kitten remind you that Sunday still has something good left in it. Event Reference: YK-2026-0591
