We're bringing a litter of Pomsky puppies to your mat for an hour of gentle movement, genuine laughs, and the kind of reset your Sunday actually needs. Pomskies are a Pomeranian-Husky mix, which means they have the fluff of a cloud, the confidence of a dog twice their size, and absolutely no concept of personal space. They will investigate your water bottle, attempt your Downward Dog, and probably fall asleep on someone's feet before the hour is out. Here's how the hour breaks down: • 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga • 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time • 5 minutes of sharing circle Why people keep coming back Puppy yoga in Hamilton does something a regular yoga class cannot. They inherit the Pomeranian's affectionate streak and the Husky's playful boldness, which means they are equally happy climbing into your lap or leading a small investigation of the studio. They're gentle with people and tend to warm up to a room fast. Expect a lot of soft fur, a lot of eye contact, and at least one moment where a puppy stares at you like it has something very important to say. Families and kids This class is family-friendly. Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies with care. Mats provided.
