An intimate Winter Solstice Cacao Ceremony with guided meditation, reflection and a candle-lighting ritual to welcome the returning light. Join Melissa for an intimate Winter Solstice Cacao Ceremony in Hamilton, Ontario. On the longest night of the year, we'll gather to slow down, share ceremonial cacao, settle into a guided meditation and honour the turning of the season through a simple Winter Solstice ritual. This gentle 90-minute experience offers space to pause, reflect on what you're ready to release, and consider what you'd like to nurture as the light gradually returns. Come as you are. No previous experience with cacao ceremonies or meditation is needed. Monday, December 21, 2026 | 7:00–8:30 PM Hamilton, Ontario A small gathering with a maximum of eight participants.
