Yin & Sonic- Yin Yoga and Sound Bath

Slow and meditative Yin Yoga practice and relaxing sound bath for the senses. As the days grow shorter and the season invites us inward, join us for Yin & Sonic, a deeply restorative evening of stillness, surrender, and sound. Settle into a slow, meditative Yin Yoga practice designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and create space to simply be. Through supported, longer-held postures guided by Skye, we’ll embrace the quieter energy of the season and turn our attention inward. As you rest in stillness, Sakina’s soothing sound bath of gong, singing bowls, and chimes will weave through the practice, inviting deeper relaxation and a sense of spaciousness. A gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the beauty of the darker, colder season. Come as you are. Settle in. Surrender. Listen.
