Together on the waters of Okanagan Lake we will harness this celestial energy for deep somatic release and sacred community connection. The Experience: • Rooftop Altar & Astrology Circle: We will open our evening on the rooftop deck of the floating sauna, gathering around a sacred candlelit altar. You will connect with the fiery themes of Aries, diving into courage, identity, and personal truth. • Harvest Release Journaling: Guided by reflective journal prompts, you will celebrate what you have harvested this year while identifying and writing down the subconscious blocks, fears, or old patterns you are ready to burn away. • Fire & Ice Somatic Integration: Transition into the floating sauna for contrast therapy. As we alternate between the restorative heat of the sauna (fitting 4 comfortably at a time) and refreshing plunges into the cool lake, you will physically wash away what you’ve mentally released - regulating your nervous system and anchoring your energy.
