Breath, grounding and energetic practices work together to soften stress patterns and guide the nervous system towards balance. Warm stones are placed on the body, gentle somatic healing touch + pure aromatherapy oils are woven into this restorative treatment. Join us for a serene evening at Rising Earth Collective in Summerland. This in-person experience is all about unwinding stress patterns and grounding the body to guide the nervous system towards balance. Perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and gently recalibrate. Hot stones Therapy is an ancient modality used in treatment for deep relaxation and recovery for centuries. Improving energy flow and promoting ease in the body. They are volcanic, rich in iron, and hold heat evenly, which makes temperature control easier for safety and comfort. This semi-private treatment expereince is limited to 6 participants for maximum stone enjoyment and personalized support. Note: please wear cozy clothing & bring a yoga mat + your favourite blanket to curl up with.
