Nervous System Reset: An Eleusis Experience

Set in the beautiful and intimate surroundings of Lindon House in Kelowna, Nervous System Reset is a six-hour experiential gathering designed to create space to slow down, become more present, and reconnect. Throughout the day, we will explore the connection between body, mind, and nervous system through Somatic Pilates, guided breathwork, mindful movement, music, education, meaningful conversation, and community. This is an invitation to become curious about your own experience and discover what happens when we give the nervous system space to settle, move, breathe, connect, and integrate. Your day will include • Somatic Pilates and mindful movement • Guided breathwork • An accessible exploration of the science of the nervous system and mind-body connection • Music and opportunities for reflection • Meaningful conversation and community • Time for integration No previous experience with breathwork or Pilates is required. An intimate experience To preserve the quality and intimacy of the experience, participation is limited to 20 guests. Attendance is by application. There is no cost to apply.
