The Space Between - Breathwork & Sound Bath Experience

Guided through a Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey & Sound Bath you will slow down & become aware of life's infinite possibilities An Evening of Breathwork, Sound & Stillness So much of life is spent moving, thinking, anticipating, reacting, and doing. We rarely give ourselves permission to pause long enough to notice what is happening within us. There is a space between the inhale and the exhale. A moment of stillness. A pause where nothing needs to happen, nothing needs to be figured out, and nothing needs to change. In that space, we have an opportunity to simply be. The Space Between is an invitation to slow down, soften, and explore the beauty of the pause. Through guided conscious connected breathwork, Lucinda will invite you to journey inward, exploring the rhythm of the breath and the moments of stillness in between. A space to become curious, reconnect with yourself, and remember that between reaction and response, there is an opportunity for awareness, possibility, and choice. We'll then transition into an immersive sound bath with Jessica of Balanced by Jessica, allowing the soothing vibrations and resonance of sound to guide us from doing into being. Nothing to achieve. Nowhere to go. Just an opportunity to rest, receive, and settle into the present moment. This evening is especially meaningful as November 22 marks the two-year anniversary of Balanced by Jessica and Lucinda's very first collaboration together! Two years of sharing breath, sound, connection, and beautiful experiences with our community. We are so excited to come together again and share this special evening with you all. Sometimes the most meaningful shifts happen not in the doing, but in the space between. What to bring • Yoga mat • Pillow and blanket for comfort • Optional eye mask • Water bottle • Comfortable, warm clothing Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle into your space so we can begin together at 6:30 PM. A gentle note about breathwork Conscious connected breathwork can bring about physical sensations and emotional experiences and may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those who are pregnant or have certain cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or significant mental health conditions. Please reach out beforehand if you have any concerns. Participation is always optional, and you are welcome to return to your natural breath, rest, or simply enjoy the sound bath at any time.
