Join us for a fun, easy Saturday morning stroll to kickstart your weekend with good vibes! Saturday Morning Walking Group Join us every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month for a short health talk by Western Medical Students followed by a 5 km walk in Gibbon's Park. Open to anyone looking to learn more about health, stay active and meet new friends. We will meet in the parking lot at 9:00 AM.
