A hands on workshop about respiratory health, where we will explore the stages of respiratory infection. Join me on Wednesday November 4th at 7pm for a hands on workshop about respiratory health, where we will explore the stages of respiratory infection, and learn how to match medicinal herbs to human energetic constitution, with the goal of bringing our bodies back into a natural state of balance. At the end of this workshop, you will walk away with a custom respiratory herbal blend to use at home. Please join us!
