Led by certified Pilates instructor and experience curator Kayla Copland, the morning begins with a mat Pilates class on the patio, accessible to all levels from first-timers to regular practitioners. Afterward, guests move inside for a complimentary mimosa and a light, buffet-style brunch built around Root & Bone's fresh, organic, locally sourced ingredients. This event exists because Kayla and Root & Bone share the same belief: caring for your body means both how you move it and what you feed it. Movement is for the body and the soul, and a good meal is best shared.
